Summary: This NTEP certified (legal for trade) industrial floor scale system comes complete with a 4' x 4', 5000 lb. capacity weighing platform (Weigh-Tronix Model DCSB), the S200E digital indicator, a quick connect interface cable, factory calibration, & domestic freight. The scale is made in the USA, using "production meets type" standards, by the Salter Brecknell division of Avery Weigh-Tronix, one of largest scale manufacturers in the world (with a history dating to the year 1731). The safety tread deck is constructed using carbon steel, with a wide channel understructure for maximum durability. This modern design allows for top access to the junction box, and the stainless steel leveling feet for a fast, and easy set-up. The design also provides protection for the wiring, and incorporates closed corners to protect the feet and load cells from accidental damage caused by forklifts, a common occurrence with older designs. It can be pit mounted, or free standing for a fast and easy set up.
