Quality starts with the pump and lever assembly.  The Cargo 55 Pro uses a durable, triple tested pump with premium German seals, and a hardened chrome piston and ram.  The pump design features an overload bypass for safety and durability, and a variable speed lowering control.  Choose a fast descent for maximum productivity (hot or cold), or a slow, gentle descent for delicate cargo. You stay in control with a simple, three position + variable speed hand lever.

This picture demonstrates a 3/4" articulated rear axle in action.  The metal object in the picture would stop an "economy" truck in it's tracks (abruptly twisting the handle), but the articulated axle allows the truck to  easily roll over the debris.  By keeping both wheels on the surface, it also reduces stress, and rolling resistance over uneven floors.  A must have for use inside delivery trucks, on a variable surface terrain, or anywhere debris may be encountered.

 Entry/exit rollers glide the truck over pallet cross planks, making easy work out of pallet penetration.  Tapered forks equipped with entry/exit rollers put an end to pallet chasing, and the associated back twisting motions that sometimes occur with low quality pallet jacks.  Polyurethane over cast iron wheels add smooth, quiet, long lasting rolling ability, and reduced rolling resistance.

Double welded, box flanged, structurally reinforced forks add maximum strength and durability, while solid steel adjustable pushrods add versatility.  The pushrods may be adjusted at your convenience, for use on rugged terrain and over severely warped floors.  Pushrods stay locked in the most efficient position for normal operation, unless your specific application requires otherwise (adjustable push rods never need adjusting).
